This is my attempt at promoting healthy weight loss. I myself have struggled with weight my entire life. I am finally fed up, and ready to make a change. I am prepared to share everything along the way. The accomplishments, the struggles, basically everything. The point is to be honest with myself and you, and to be able to show my progress. Not only for my own motivation, but hopefully for you as well. The goal isn't to be skinny but to be healthy. Join me on my venture.
* I decided because I'm almost always on this blog instead of my personal one, I'm making it 70% health and 30% personal. It sucks having to hold back what I post, so I'm not anymore.
